Winter Events

Parowan serves as the gateway for winter sports at Brian Head. Make a stop to load up on supplies or spend the night and enjoy a local restaurant.  

Each December Parowan hosts Sub 4 Santa. The application process for families begins in November. Distribution will take place on December 8, 2023. Donations will be accepted at anytime up to December 6. Items needed include new toys, clothing, food, personal care and books. Cash donations are welcome. In January, youth basketball begins. Check with the Visitor's Center for registration.

Additionally, Parowan has a birthday celebration and dance on or near the 13th of January.  A town meeting, luncheon and Birthday Ball offers history, and entertainment for guests and community members.
