NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

REGARDING A ZONE CHANGE FROM A-1 TO R-3 FOR THE 4 PARCELS OF LAND

277 W. OLD HWY 91

 

The Parowan Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a public hearing during its Wednesday, June 21st, 2023 city council meeting to receive public comments regarding a proposed zone change to the four parcels of property located at and surrounding 277 W Old Highway 91, owned by Allison Dawson.  The property owner has requested a change from Agricultural Zoning (A1) to Residential 3 (R-3). This meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the Parowan City Council Chambers, 35 E. 100 N., Parowan, UT.  The public is encouraged to attend to offer comments.

The Parowan City Council will hold a public hearing to receive public comments regarding the above proposed zone change at its regularly scheduled meeting on Thursday, June 22, 2023.  The council will hear comments from the public regarding this zone change, as well as hear the recommendation of the Planning and Zoning Commission.  The public is invited and encouraged to attend to offer comments.
