Notice of Public Hearing for Proposed Zone Change - September 18, 2024

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Parowan City Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Wednesday, September 18, 2024 at 6:00 P.M. in the Council Chambers, Parowan City Hall, 35 East 100 North. The purpose of this hearing is to receive public comment regarding a proposed zone change from Single Family Residential (R1) to Highway Services (HS-1) for parcel # A-0511-0005-0036 located at 811 W. 200 S., Parowan, Utah.

The public is invited to attend this hearing and offer comments to the City Council regarding the proposed amendments.  Written comments may also be submitted to Callie Bassett, Parowan City Recorder at the address listed above, or e-mailed to callie@parowan.org.
