NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING

Parowan City gives notice that on Thursday, December 14, 2023 at 6:00 p.m. or soon thereafter, the Parowan City Council will hold a public hearing concerning the proposed annexation of 87.181 acres of real property, referred to as the Haslem Anderson Annexation, into Parowan City’s incorporated limits. This hearing will be in the Parowan City Council Chambers, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, Utah. The proposed 87.181 acres of real property are located roughly between 2200 West (off 200 South) and the current western City limits.

A larger version of the Haslem Anderson Annexation Plat is available for review at the office of the City Recorder, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, Utah during regular business hours. The public is invited to attend the public hearing and provide comments for consideration by the City Council.

CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice and agenda was posted this 21st day of November, 2023. A copy of the foregoing notice and agenda was emailed to The Spectrum, and was posted at the Parowan City Hall, on the Parowan City website at www.parowan.org, and on the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
