Arts, Parowan Community Choir

Parowan Community Choir was organized in 1976 as part of America’s bicentennial celebration. Vyonne Chamberlain was serving on the Parowan City Council when each city was asked to choose a way to celebrate America’s 200th birthday. He and Ramona Stubbs began the Community Choir with Stubbs directing and Chamberlain accompanying.
