Online Bill Pay

Parowan City uses XpressBillPay as our Utility Payment processor.   After you set up your account you can make a one time payment, set up automatic payments and sign up for paperless billing.   For new utility services, you will need to wait until you receive your first bill to sign up for an XpressBillPay Account.  

Please note:   If you have a disconnect notice or your services have been disconnected for non-payment, please call the City Office before making an online payment.
