Sign Up for Services

To sign up for utility services in Parowan City, you can download the Utility Service Agreement, fill out and bring into the office with a copy of your driver's license and the required Utility Security Deposit of $250.00.   You can also scan and return the agreement to stacy@parowan.org and call the office to pay the deposit with a credit or debit card.
