NOTICE OF ORDINANCES

Notice is hereby given that the Parowan City Council at its regular meeting of February 27, 2025, passed the following ordinances:

1. Ordinance No. 2025-04: An ordinance of Parowan City, Utah repealing and replacing Chapter 13.24 of the Parowan City Municipal Code, titled “Flood Damage Prevention,” to comply with current FEMA and Utah Flood Plain Management requirements.

A copy of said ordinance may be viewed at the office of the Parowan City Recorder, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, Utah.

CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice was posted this 28^th day of February, 2025. A copy of the foregoing notice was emailed to The Spectrum, posted at the Parowan City Hall, posted on the Parowan City website at www.parowan.org, and posted on the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
