NOTICE OF ORDINANCES

Notice is hereby given that the Parowan City Council at its regular meeting of October 10, 2024, passed the following ordinances:

1. Ordinance No. 2024 -18: An ordinance to update and replace Parowan City Municipal Code 2.12.010 and 2.12.020 to allow for the hiring of a fire chief rather than an internally elected volunteer chief, dated October 10, 2024.
2. Ordinance No. 2024-19: An ordinance to adopt land use code regarding noticing requirements when amending the number, shape, boundaries, or areas of any zoning district or issuing conditional use permits, or amending land use code related to the historical preservation district, dated October 10, 2024.

A copy of said ordinance may be viewed at the office of the Parowan City Recorder, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, Utah.
