NOTICE OF ORDINANCE

Notice is hereby given that the Parowan City Council at its regular meeting of April 11, 2024, passed the following ordinance(s):

1. Ordinance No. 2024 -07: An ordinance concerning the use of billboards within Parowan City limits; providing a definition of “billboards” and prohibiting the use of billboards within the corporate limits of Parowan City.

Said Ordinance shall become effective immediately upon passage and posting.

A copy of said ordinance may be viewed at the office of the Parowan City Recorder, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, Utah.

CERTIFICATE OF POSTING: The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above notice was posted this 15^th day of April, 2024. A copy of the foregoing notice was emailed to The Spectrum, posted at the Parowan City Hall, posted on the Parowan City website at www.parowan.org, and posted on the Utah Public Notice website at http://pmn.utah.gov.
