Public Hearing Notice 1-12-2023

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING - JANUARY 12, 2023

Parowan City Council will hold a public hearing during its Thursday, January 12th, 2023 meeting to consider amendments to the Parowan City Municipal Code (PCMC) 7.10.040, 7.10.080, 14.06.050(D), and 14.06.070(F), to remove provisions for a water development fee, which will improve consistency throughout the municipal Code.  The meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the Parowan City Council Chambers, 35 E. 100 N., Parowan, UT.  The public is encouraged to attend.

Parowan City Council will also hold a public hearing during its Thursday, January 12th, 2023 meeting to consider amendments to the Parowan City Municipal Code (PCMC) 15.38.020 to change 'Recreational RV Parks' from permitted use to conditional use in the HS-1 Zoned District; and 15.56.030 to change the length of stay from '14 days' to 'transient' in order to allow the conditional use permit to determine the length of stay allowed in a Recreational RV Park. This meeting will begin at 6:00 p.m. and will be held in the Parowan City Council Chambers, 35 E. 100 N., Parowan, UT. The public is encouraged to attend.
