NOTICE OF PROPOSED PROPERTY EXCHANGE

 Pursuant to Utah Code § 10-8-2, Parowan City hereby provides notice of its intent to exchange real property with Dwight Hargett. The City proposes to convey a parcel defined as A-0002-0024-0000, consisting of approximately 0.66 acres, to Dwight Hargett, in exchange for a parcel of equal value defined as A-0395-0000-0000. The proposed exchange is intended to facilitate future realignment and development of roadways in the area of Paragonah Highway, 600 North, and 100 East. The City Council will consider final approval of the exchange in a public meeting on April 24th, at 5:30 pm, at City Hall, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, UT.
