NOTICE OF ORDINANCE

Notice is hereby given that the Parowan City Council at its regular meeting of April 10, 2025, passed the following ordinance:

1. Ordinance No. 2025-09: An ordinance amending Section 7.04.020 of the Parowan City Municipal Code (PCMC) to restrict new sewer connections outside the Parowan City Limits.

A copy of said ordinance may be viewed at the office of the Parowan City Recorder, 35 E 100 N, Parowan, Utah.
